Recent representative transactions include:
- Advising Workday on its new European office headquarters located at College Square in Dublin city centre - expected to be the largest office leasing deal in Europe in 2025 and is the biggest single-office letting deal to have taken place in the European office market since the COVID-19 pandemic
- Advising Goldman Sachs on the sale of Blanchardstown Centre, one of Ireland's leading shopping destinations, to Strategic Value Partners, LLC (the largest real estate deal of the year in 2024)
- Advising Eagle Street Partners Ireland Limited and Arrow Global Adviser Limited on the acquisition of The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght, Dublin
- Advising Chandos Investments plc (a Värde Partners investment vehicle) in relation to the sale of numerous shopping centres and retail parks in various locations across Ireland
- Advising Park Developments on the forward sale of 207 apartments and a crèche located in 3 blocks in the development at Churchview Road, Killiney, County Dublin (largest reported residential sale in the Irish market in 2024)
- Advising Macquarie Asset Management in relation to its acquisition of the Beacon Hospital in Dublin, one of Ireland’s leading private hospitals
- Advising a global technology company on development of a new data centre campus (value of over €1 billion), which included preparing a bespoke lease agreement linking rent to power usage
- Advising EY on the letting of its new HQ in Dublin 2’s Wilton Park Development
- Advising BNY on the letting of its new HQ at The Shipping Office, Dublin 2
- Advising BlackRock on the lease of its new HQ at Glencar House in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4
- Advising BlackRock on the sale of the 412 bed hostel Jacobs Inn, Dublin
- Advising Google Ireland Limited regarding the acquisition, development, fit out and estate management of its Irish real estate portfolio
- Advising Cellnex Telecom, Europe’s largest telecommunications towers and infrastructure operator, on the sale of its Irish business to Phoenix Tower International for €971m
- Advising EirGrid plc on the real estate aspects of Phase 1 of the Government's offshore wind programme and the development of a new template grid connection agreement (and related agreements) to be used for offshore wind farms
- Advising Novo Nordisk A/S, a Danish multinational pharmaceutical company, on its entry into the Irish market via the acquisition of a manufacturing facility located at Monksland Industrial Estate in Athlone, County Roscommon
- Advising Rabobank on the project financing of a facility granted to Highfield Solar Limited / ib vogt GmbH in respect of two solar farm projects in Ireland, Gaskinstown and Rathnaskillogue in County Meath
- Advising the facility agent, security trustee and a syndicate of lenders on the refinancing of the existing debt facilities of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc, Ireland’s largest private rental accommodation provider
- Advising CA Ventures as part of a joint venture with Harrison Street Real Estate in the financing of a development site at Parnell Street, Dublin for the construction of a 240-plus bed student accommodation scheme
- Advising on the first and only district heating scheme established in Ireland
