Matheson retains Top Tier IFLR1000 Ranking

The IFLR1000 Legal Guide has recently published its 32nd edition, covering the research period 2021-2022.  In the directory, clients have praised Matheson as an "extremely thorough and professional organisation that is also very responsive to both my firm's needs as well as the needs of my clients." About our Rising Stars

Conor Lynch is a senior associate and advises on all aspects of corporate banking, with a particular focus on project finance, fund financings and leverage finance. Conor acts for a number of domestic and international banks and a wide range of corporate borrowers.

Kevin Mahony is a senior associate in the Asset Finance Group in the Finance and Capital Markets Department at Matheson and has advised many of the world’s leading financial institutions, aircraft lessors, aircraft owners and airlines located both in Ireland and throughout the world.

Susan Carroll Chrysostomou is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate M&A Group with a particular focus on equity capital markets.  In her transactional practice, Susan specialises in public M&A (both hostile and recommended) and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
