A Matheson team led by corporate partner Brian McCloskey and senior associate Robert Maloney Derham, is delighted to have advised, alongside Reed Smith in London, Bregal Milestone on the sale of Arkphire to US headquartered Presidio. Arkphire is a Dublin-headquartered IT product procurement and IT services company and this deal will allow the company to extend its international operations and further evolve its service offering to customers in response to their changing needs.

Completion of the transaction is now subject to customary regulatory approvals.
